What it is

No speakers. Just us.

An agenda built on the spot by the people in the room. Runs from three hours to a full day.

What to expect

  1. Step 1

    The wall of woes

    Attendees post their challenges on sticky notes.

  2. Step 2

    20 minutes of crowdsourcing

    Together, we build the agenda.

  3. Step 3

    Volunteers step up

    People who've solved them volunteer to lead.

  4. Step 4

    Peer-led breakouts

    Real problems, worked through together.

Who it's for

Event pros with a real problem to crack, and the experience to help someone else crack theirs.
